Mutin.ee ("Mutinee", "we", "us") operates the website mutin.ee and the Mutin.ee brand protection platform (Stratum, Watchtower, Hegemon). For the purposes of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Mutinee acts as the data controller for personal data collected through this website and as a data processor for personal data processed on behalf of its customers under a Data Processing Agreement.

• Contact data you submit through demo request and contact forms: name, work email, company, role, message.
• Technical data automatically collected when you visit the site: IP address, browser, device, referrer, pages viewed, timestamps.
• Analytics data collected via Google Analytics 4 only after you grant consent through our cookie banner.
• Customer platform data processed on behalf of our customers as described in the applicable Master Services Agreement and Data Processing Agreement.

3. Why we process it

• To respond to inquiries and demo requests (legal basis: pre-contractual steps and legitimate interest).
• To operate, secure and improve the website and platform (legitimate interest).
• To measure aggregate usage and improve content (consent, via cookies).
• To comply with legal obligations, including KYC/AML checks where required.

4. Sharing and sub-processors

We share personal data only with vetted service providers acting under written agreements, including cloud hosting, database, email delivery, analytics, and identity verification providers (including Sumsub for KYC/AML where applicable). Transfers outside the EEA are protected by Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent safeguard.
