Mutin.ee is digital enforcement infrastructure. AI observes the illegal economy where it must sell, documents it to evidentiary standard and switches it off through the channels the law already provides. We were founded on two truths: the asymmetry is reversible, and no one is coming.

Our method
Software that takes the law seriously.
The machine observes, documents and does not sleep. The human judges, answers and signs. Action runs through providers' own policies, notice regimes, registrars, payment and AML desks. Every irreversible step is a human decision.
Our model
Paid for outcomes, not hours.
A fixed operations fee per target or campaign, plus a success component tied to clearly defined outcomes: removal, traffic and volume reduction, payment freezes. Protected targets that come back are struck again without renegotiation.
Our scope
The last mile, completely.
We do not chase crime into its workshops; that is the work of states and law enforcement. We work where illegal economies must meet their buyers: sites, apps, social platforms, marketplaces and payment rails.
What we refuse

No surveillance of persons.
We observe illegal ecosystems, not individuals. An illegal operation has no right to privacy over its own storefront; a private life has every right to privacy from us.

No irreversible action without human judgment.
No algorithm of ours takes, alone, a decision that cannot be undone. This is the price of legitimacy, and we pay it willingly.

No clients who operate in illegality.
We are not neutral and do not pretend to be. There are technologies that are sold to whoever pays. This is not one of them.

No private justice.
We accelerate the application of existing law through the channels the law itself provides. It is the slowness of institutions that must be corrected, not their existence.
Legitimacy
Every action is documented in a form third parties can examine.
Data protection
Data minimization by design. Clients remain controllers; Mutin.ee acts as processor for operational data. Encryption in transit and at rest, defined retention, then pseudonymization or deletion.
Control
Role-based access, network segregation and full logging. Launches happen inside a playbook approved by the client's legal team, and every step is traceable in an immutable log.
Review
Architecture and notice templates reviewed in an independent technical and legal opinion, plus recurring audits of templates, data flows and compliance posture. Available under NDA.
